Adrenalina Longboard Marathon – 26.2mi Push Culture Race

written by Mike November 4, 2010

November 6, 2010 is the Adrenalina Longboard Skateboard Marathon Race at Hallandale Beach, Florida.  Almost 100 skaters have entered to win a first prize of $10,000.  To me, this race is like Charlie and the Chocolate factory.  The buzz of a $10,000 longboard Push Culture race reached almost around the world.  Longboard skaters from the East, Midwest and west coast of USA will be there.  Canadians representing many provinces are signed up.  A British guy named Matt Elver is favored to win by the UK/European Push Scene.  Paul Kent, ranked 2nd,  is a well respected distance skater from Northwestern Canada representing Rayne Longboards of Vancouver, BC.  Bustin Team Rider Mark Schaperow, Back to Back champion of the 2010 Broadway Bomb NYC is ranked 3rd.  Kaspar Henrici, 4 time Broadway Bomb NYC champion is ranked 5th.  Longboard Loft NYC rider Evan “The Strength” Armbrister is ranked 9th.  New York City is sending 13 heavy hitters to the Adrenalina Longboard Marathon.  Look for the Bustin Riders.  They are rolling deep.  Check out the front line of the race.  Visit the link below to review the rule of the race.

The Front Line looks like this:

1. Matt Elver

2. Paul Kent

3. Mark Schaperow

4. Alexandre Bangnoi
