The West Michigan Longboard Club is making big moves, hosting the 3rd event of the season and it’s May! The Michigan Boys are pulling full sponsorship from the following skate collaberatives. Go Green Longboarding, Mitten Skate Media, M.I.L.F. Crew, Bustin Boards, Malibu Skateboards, Bees Knees Skathletics, CR Boardwalks and Smokin’ Mad Love, Kracked Skulls, Wind Waves and Wheels – GR, Longboard Loft NYC and Daddies Board Shop – Portland. The Michigan skate scene is on the rise and some incredible skathletes are stepping up tothe next level. Keep your eyes on Michigan events this summer.
Recently, the Marquette Informal Longboarding Foundation hosted a World Record event, hosting the largest skate gathering. The event happened in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in Marquette at Northern Michigan University. Big ups gentlemen!
